Buying an Exotic Shorthair or Persian Cat

What are the prices of your Exotic Shorthair and Persian kittens?
Our Exotic Shorthair and Persian kitten prices start from SGD 4,000 onwards, depending on breed characteristics and not inclusive of sterilization costs. A non-refundable deposit of SGD 2,000 is required to reserve a kitten.

We accept Cash, PayNow, credit card & bank transfer.
Availability
We breed our own kittens in our AVS-licensed cattery from carefully selected, high quality Exotic Shorthair and Persian cats imported from the best breeders around the world. All our breeding queens only produce one litter a year, ensuring the health and well-being of the queens and their kittens. We will announce when new litters arrive and post photographs of the mated queens and sires. Photographs of the kittens will be posted, and you will be able to meet them at our farm after they are 12 weeks old. Our kittens are raised indoors, fully socialized and leave the cattery vet-checked, sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and fully litter-trained.
Viewing Our Kittens
Whenever we have kittens available, we will post their information on our Kittens Available page. To view them, please make an appointment.

Viewings are strictly for purchase of kittens. We are not a licensed pet café and cannot host play sessions except for prospective owners.

Pet Living Cost
The cost of keeping a cat will be roughly SGD 200-300 per month for their food, litter, and routine veterinary needs.
Occasionally, your cat may have ailments that require veterinary care that may be very costly. You may like to consider pet insurance plans to cover these expenses.

Under the new Cat Management Framework, which seeks to improve the welfare of cats, a maximum of two cats will be allowed in each Housing Board flat, and up to three cats in a private residence, with owners required to license and microchip all their pet cats.
Health Assurance
All our exotic shorthair kittens have been professionally evaluated and will be fully vaccinated, microchipped, and come with pedigree certificates. The parents of our kittens have all been tested for FIV, FELV, and PKD to ensure that the kittens do not carry such diseases.
Sterilization
As home breeding of cats is not encouraged in Singapore, our kittens are only sold as family pets, and not for breeding. All our kittens will be neutered or spayed before transfer of ownership.

Male kittens
Neutering your male kitten reduces territorial and aggressive behaviours, such as roaming to find a mate, marking inside your home, and fighting with other males. Another reason for neutering is for their health, as neutering eliminates the possibility of testicular cancer and other prostate problems later in life.

Female kittens
Female kittens begin to go on heat from as early as four to five months of age. Heat cycles in cats repeat every two to three weeks and may cause pain or discomfort in cats. Spaying also eliminates yowling, crying, and other erratic behaviours associated with heat cycles in cats. Health benefits of spaying include reduced risks for developing infections of the uterus, and cancers of their reproductive organs.

How to Buy an Exotic Shorthair or Persian Cat from our Cattery

Step 1:
Make Appointment to View Kitten
If there are any Exotic Shorthair or Persian kittens that you are interested to see in person, please fill out our appointment and kitten application form. As we want our Exotic Shorthair and Persian kittens to be in happy homes, this will give us basic information about the home you can offer to our kittens. We will call you back to confirm.
Step 2:
Pay Deposit to Reserve Your Kitten
After you have viewed and chosen your kitten, you will need to pay a SGD 2,000 non-refundable deposit to reserve the kitten. If you change your mind once you have placed the deposit and want a different kitten, you lose your deposit and need to put a new one down.

Payment can be made via credit card, cash, PayNow and bank transfer.
Step 3:
Sterilization Before Handover
After you have placed your deposit, we will arrange for your chosen kitten to be sterilized. This is best done when the kitten is 16 weeks of age or older. The sterilization procedure and recovery will take approximately a week. You will be responsible for the veterinary charges, which you have to pay on collection of your kitten.
Step 4:
Make Final Payment on Collection of Kitten
Final payment for the kitten, including the veterinary fees for sterilization, less the deposit paid, must be made before you collect the kitten.
